Finding good weed used to be like going on a dungeon quest or a three hour tour like on Gilligan’s Island. Not today! Today, almost all across
http://cfl-growlight.comthe country finding quality bud has become pretty easy to do. Thanks to the spread of newer potent higher yielding to grow strains, powerful indoor grow lights, new hydroponic, airoponic and dirt-less mediums growers have a array of choices before them.
A lot of new would be growers never get started growing after looking at the vast number of products and choices for growing marijuana at home.
Its not so much the vast array of products that scares many would be first time growers, but the huge costs associated with most of the products out
there pertaining to weed or medical marijuana. Its ridiculous what they charge and get away with after all its just a plant like any other. Ok, its not like
any other but still its just a plant! When you think about growing your own, surely your not thinking of paying for "free" weed, but if your spending
"grow shop" prices on everything you just might be.
Growing your own weed doesn’t have to be hard, nor does it need to cost you an arm and leg to do. Just research a little and do a little "out of the box" thinking and you'll be surprised at how easy and affordable growing your own can be. I'll help by providing you with useful, simple, easy growing tips to
help keep your costs under budget.
Today’s grower tip is for those dirt or soil less medium growers out there. Whether your top feeding or root feeding, buying the over the counter $12 -$25 bags of soil mix is a complete waste of your money.
Instead go to a Home Depot or any big garden center and grab three bags Cedar Grove potting soil ($15 bucks total). Just make sure its the one with worm castings included. Next, grab a big bail of peat moss, around $10 bucks, and bring a cart. The bail weighs in at about 50lbs. Now grab two big bags of perlite.
Ok, here the thinking part! You'll just need to mix 1 part each thoroughly (a third each) to have your inexpensive premium soil less medium at less than $4 bucks a bag!
Alright, now your set to grow, right? Well not quite but at least its a start. Next we'll talk about how to save money when using and buying grow lights for your indoor crop.
Cya soon!
Chris
